As I have been showing clients homes recently most need paint and carpet. There is no easy touch up and cleaning of surface stains it needs to be redone. These are nice homes in the 250K-300K range and I have been surprised at the degree of neglect that I am seeing.  These interior projects are a must for a nice and livable home but what about the other projects that need to be done and are they worth the investment?
