Free admission. Park at Everett Community College and take the bus. Regular fares apply.

The city of Seattle will be shutting down the 4-mile stretch of Lake Washington Boulevard between Mount Baker Beach and Seward Park to all motorized traffic between 10am and 6pm on several Sundays. All Summer If you haven’t checked it out yet Mukilteo’s farmers market is in full swing. Wednesday’s 3pm-7. I’ve been told its pretty easy parking right now but come July its gets really busy. www.mukilteofarmersmarket.org  Also other great Farmers markets around in Downtown Everett and Mill Creek that I posted in a previous post if you missed it take a look.

6/18-19.  Marysville Strawberry Festival. Carnival, vendors, food, music, kiddies parade (6pm), Grande parade (7:45 Sat) Fireworks (10:10 pm SAT) I just hope there is strawberries!
6/18-19 Fremont Fair starts SAT 10am. Also bicyclists but, be warned most ride in full or partial body paint and little else.

6/25 Greenwood Car show. More than 700 vehicles and vintage hydroplanes, fire trucks, music, food, kids zone. FREE just bring a nonperishable food for the Greenwood Food Bank.

6/25-6/26 3:30-10am BACKYARD CAMPOUT AT SILVER LAKE Pitch a tent, build a shelter, discover Dutch oven cooking, learn to build a campfire and enjoy a campfire program.
