Brrrrr what a cold and foggy morning so far. Its definitely Autumn isn’t it? Well I need to apologize as I have been a bit slacking lately on getting out the weekend events. Its something I enjoy doing and sharing as there is so much to do around the Pacific Northwest. My only excuse is I was busy with my clients and that I am sure you will agree is a priority. There is a new listing this week and my listing in Outlook Ridge is now pending plus the inspection has already been done. My short-sales I am negotiating had some glitches this week too so had to iron out all the wrinkles.. dang banks! It was a real whirlwind week for sure but that is how it is in Real Estate. One minute its quiet and the next bam! However I am not complaining.
So onward to what is going on:
