It would be interesting to see the cost to the value of improvements done to yard and landscaping. I know in a lot of instances that increasing the curb appeal of the home can greatly increase the resell value of a home.
Thank you for your comment! Curb appeal is very important to get a potential buyer into the home and does definitely ad value. I always advise my sellers to at least clean up the yard, trim any trees & bushes back from the home structure and plant some seasonal flowers for pops of color.
