Here’s a local update based on homes in one of my favorite areas 98296.

Wow has this area exploded! My parents had a home here in the 90’s & we would run around behind the bulkhead where 132nd ended right after Puget Park Dr. A wonderful area with the YMCA, parks, trails & one of my favorite dog parks.
